History: 

Since 2013, Tri-M members have been providing free music tutoring for young Lynbrook musicians while allowing current members to serve their community. Since its conception, the Tri-M tutoring program has allowed its members the opportunity to give private lessons for the district's emerging musicians.

 

Service: 

The tutoring program provides a meaningful service to elementary and middle school musicians, while allowing Tri-M members the opportunity to fulfill their service requirements at 5 points per session. All tutors must fill out the tutoring log in order to receive points for their service.

We currently have tutors available for:

Tuba, trumpet, alto saxophone, flute, piccolo, violin, trombone, cello, bass trombone, baritone, double or electric bass, clarinet, and voice
